Ensure effective execution of assigned day to day HR operations.
Provide support to HR operations in assigned areas to ensure efficient and effective work process.
Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policies and procedure.

Devise strategies/plans for improving existing products/services and increasing profitability.
