Hands on experience on outbound calls.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Identifying new sales leads.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
