Job Description

Salsoft is looking for a creative & passionate Trainee – Digital Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities & Duties after Training Period:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with team.
Design, build and maintain client social media presence.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Science or equivalent.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, includes client communication.
Fresh to 1 Year Experience in Digital marketing.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Be passionate about marketing, as well as digital and emerging communication trends.
