We are searching for a polite, professional and presentable Sales Executive (Female).

Noted: A Female having CSR experience in call center or insurance company living nearby Nazimabad will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate must have potential to deal with lock and international clients over call, email/ meetings.
Speaking with International clients to develop relationships, discuss product details.
Identifying potential clients that might have a need for products or services offered by the company.
Making quotations and invoices for clients that include pricing information etc.
Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities for client growth by offering additional products or services that complement existing offerings.
Presenting new products or services to existing clients to increase business opportunities.
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: bachelor’s degree (B.COM, BA, BBA, MBA – Sales & Marketing)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of call center experience/ Insurance experience will be preferred.

Skills: Ms. Office, English (Expert in written and verbal), Multitasker & Google Spread Sheets.
