- Recruitment & Selection of Staff & Managers including preparing and placing job ads, CVs shortlisting, conducting initial interviews and schedule final interviews.
- Preparing and conducting orientation for new employees.
- Assist seniors in the development and implementation of JDs, KRAs & KPIs.
- Data collection against assigned KPIs achievement (quarterly based) and data compilation.
- HR Recordkeeping and documentation.
- Assist senior in all OD activities such as policies & SOPs development etc.
- Processing confirmations, transfers, promotions, increments of staff and managers
- Employer branding activities such as participating in job fairs etc.
- Arrange / Schedule and conduct training as per training calendar
- Assist senior in all other HR/OD matters such as data analysis, development work etc.
Job Specifications:
BBA or MBA specialization in HR with 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR (OD).
