Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve organizational Business growth objectives.
  • Ensure Primary & Secondary Sales Achievement.
  • Ensure Revenue recovery against the primary sales
  • Plan, review and implement area/territory coverage in line with organizational objectives
  • Identify potential territories to develop and maintain business
  • Forecasting and achievement of the area/territory sales targets
  • Improve business in low performing territories through various initiatives
  • Ensure PJP design and implementation
  • Enhance Brand portfolio presence in assigned territory to given targets.
  • Keenly Monitor Numeric and weighted performance through SIS
  • Ensures strong footprint of the company in the market by developing effective distribution network.
  • Develop extraordinary team of DSRs & Des to strength distribution network.
  • Develops and enables team to achieve their targets.
  • Identifies potential distributors and strengthening relationship with current distributors.
  • Initiates and executes distribution development and growth programs.
  • Performance monitoring of distributors as per organizational standards and taking corrective actions
  • Ensures expenses in line with annual budget to maintain target per M cost
  • Ensures distribution team training and upskilling.
  • Execution of marketing plans and activities as per Sales Cycle Plan. 
  • Ensure Trade Marketing activities as per given plan
  • Close liaison with Trade Marketing, Marketing & Sales operations.
  • Ensures smooth and seamless information flow among different departments.
  • Ensures talent are upholding Samsons Code of Conduct and Values
  • Develops teams based on strengths and uplift them.
  • Implementation of Sales Force Automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Increases operational efficiency through process innovation.
