Sales Operations:

Compilation of Regional Sales on daily basis Collection and compilation of Daily attendance (DSR& Managers) from RCs and sharing consolidate report with NSC & SCO Daily Monitoring of Regional& Territory secondary TGT VS ACH and sharing variance report with Concerns.
Daily Updation of Regional & Territory wise Payment & Recovery Status and sharing report with NSC.
Communication of Distribution Sop's to Sale Team on daily Basis Monthly Sharing of DSR Wise Secondary Target with NSC Monthly Analysis of sales trends as per requirement of CPM & DPM Meeting and share with RSM Sharing of Distributor Stock Report With Audit & Compliance Team Twice a week Consolidating Competition Data and sharing report with NSC on quarterly basis .
Compilation of sales universe and coverage data and report sharing with NSC on quarterly basis Collection of Monthly Sale Report from sale team and Sharing of Update and upgrade claim setup with sales Team Provided by NSC.
Follow up of Sales team Expense claim & Distributor Claims and ensure its smooth submission Collection of Date Wise Payment Plan from each Territory Head and after Compilation Share Report with Supply Planning Dept.
Monthly Sharing of Locked Secondary&Primary Sales Target with each Territory Manager. All other Tasks given by Line Manager and RSM Time to Time.

Continuous Improvement & Efficiencies:

Supports key stakeholders in coordinating for product readiness Continuously improve on current SOPs
Oversee talent adherence to business standards Increase operational efficiency through innovation
Respect own time and other's time by being time sensitive
