- Manage overall sales process, ensure & achieve Sales and Distribution KPI's i.e VoL, Value, Numeric Handling, Weighthed Handling & SOM.
- To ensure effective implementation of the company's sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution.
- Ensure territory performance against agreed targets and budgets. Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to deliver sustained sales performance.
- Execute Marketing & Trade Marketing tasks in territory as per given guidelines.
