- Posting of recruitment ads on different social media sites, and headhunting forums.
- Work with recruitment team to screen, test and quality applicants through the use of qualitying interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing.
- Conduct a complete recruitment plan from receiving a job requisition from the HOD, to have the candidate on-board.
- Salary negotiation according to budget with selected candidates and sending offer letters.
- Coordinating employee orientation and maintaining full documentation for the new candidate.
