Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Assist in the maintenance and administration of the company\\'s IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support IT policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to IT service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
