Duties and Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls
- Make outbound calls to convert lead into sales
- Work to daily / weekly targets
- Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Associated admin duties
- This is a full time day shift job where you will be trained on insurance and financial products.
- No cold calling involved, all leads are genuine and details are shared by customers.
