Development Intern

Schunaizia is seeking a current college student, current graduate student, or recent college graduate who is interested in serving as an intern and providing a wide range of database, research, administrative, and general support to Schunaizia's development team. In return, Schunaizia will provide an opportunity for the intern to gain experience in and familiarity with areas such as fundraising, philanthropy, international development, children’s issues, Governance issues, Education issues, Gender issues and the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assist with mailings, filing, and special projects as needed.
Assist the development staff in entering data.
Conducting research, writing blogs and website content.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Draft correspondence, reports and proposals.
Assist the development staff in planning activities.
Maintain development materials.
Attend department and staff meetings.

It is duly registered with Government of Pakistan under Societies ACT 1860. Since its establishment Schunaizia is working in Relief, Health, Rehabilitation, Education, Gender, Juvenile Justice and Rule of Law Sectors. Schunaizia has been working on different projects for social welfare and development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA and Punjab, it has also provided its cooperation to other civil society organizations; working for the same interest. Since its establishment Schunaizia has proved and maintained remarkable quality and performance in all of its projects.
