SDS-IT is looking for a qualified Database developer having knowledge of designing stable and reliable databases, according to our company’s needs.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, improving, and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively.
As part of our IT team, you will work closely with developers to ensure system consistency.
You will also collaborate with administrators and clients to provide technical support and identify new requirements.
Communication and organization skills are keys for this position, along with a problem-solution attitude.
Experience in financial domain and Aurora MySQL and Athena would be an advantage.
Database design and writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views using T-SQL.
Produce high quality code, by strictly following best practices and coding standards
Resolve complex design and architecture issues
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Set and maintain database standards.
Performance tuning of database systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.
Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
Create automation for repeating database tasks.

Database Developer Qualifications/Skills:

Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
Understanding of relational
Power Shell and Unix shell scripting skills
Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
One to three years of experience in database development, information technology, database architecture, or a related field
MCSE/MCSA certifications preferred
Extensive experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL)
Experience with cloud services (AWS,Azure) a plus
