What You Will Do:

Schedule project meetings via Google Calendar and take clear notes during the meeting. Some meetings are recurring, and some might be called ad hoc.
Coordinate with internal resources to ensure the effective and timely delivery of deliverables.
Sound knowledge of project management, Scrum, and software development life cycles.
Assist the Scrum Master, which may include working on backlog grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Daily Standups, and crafting process documentation where required.
Works with the Scrum Master, Product & Engineering team to bridge the communication gap.
Managing Dashboards in Microsoft Azure (TFS).
Ability to lead and work cooperatively in a team environment.
Skill in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure.

What We Look For:

Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.
Proficiency with Google Suite software (Google Docs, Calendar, Slides, Gmail, and other Google products).
Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced fin-tech industry.
A highly ambitious and motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
2- 3 years of experience with Information Technology projects.
Experience with tools like Confluence and Microsoft Azure (TFS).
Project Management Professional certification or Scrum/Agile certification is a plus.
