JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage ongoing projects both internally and externally (3rd parties) throughout all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external projects. Engage with stakeholders on a standard frequency, as well as escalate issues, when required.
Track multiple projects while tracking resource dependencies and constraints.
Generate project status reports periodically. Utilize diagrams, graphs, spreadsheets, and tables to represent and analyze data.
Support technical projects by facilitating training and testing process, developing roll-out plans and procedures, including the required documentation for operational readiness.
Lead multiple engagements in a cross-functional environment that includes IT, Compliance, Operations, etc. in agile/waterfall environments and different work shifts.
Report progress and results along with risks and issues to the PMO.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, S0Ps, workflows, and documentation for recurring activities.
Collaborate with process improvements by providing recommendations, initiating requirements, and partnering with the key stakeholders to develop processes and metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

Working experience preferably with international exposure in a sales/ support or similar role is mandatory.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written English (appears confident).
Extremely organized (ability to keep projects on task and moving forward).
Highly responsible, self-motivated, and has a positive outlook on situations.
Should have analytical thinking - problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MAC and Windows.
Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as per the situation.
Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms would be an advantage.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
