Roles and Responsibilities

Handles all administrative day to day functions, including user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows.
Administers overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application. This includes troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
Solves internal user related requests and issues via email.
Handles Permissions, Custom Reports, Deduping and dashboards, Workflows, any outstanding Salesforce related issues.
Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
Strong understanding of SalesForce Declarative Programming and Administration (Develop Code Custom Objects, Visual Force Pages, Reports, Apex, Workflows and Assignment Rules).
Designs and develops solutions primarily on the Salesforce Platform using Apex Programming Language and Visual Force.
Develops Software Solutions using MS tools, SalesForce.com API Framework, and 3rd Party API’s

Requirements:

3+ years of Salesforce.com Administration and Development.
3+ years working on implementations of the Salesforce.com application.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards
Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with ETL.
Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs).
Strong understanding of relational databases.
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
