UI/UX Designer

Contribute to constant improvement in UX processes across the platforms by understanding, defining and eliminating pain points, partner closely with product management, account management, sales, and customer support to understand our users and their needs.

Passionately advocate on behalf of the end user, analyze competitors and be well informed on industry design trends
Revise designs based on feedback from those inside and outside UX, and from the results of user testing.
Take ownership on UX Design principles and deliverables, acquire user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.
Be a mentor to other UX team members in a collaborative and team-oriented work approach.

Physical Requirements ;

This position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
