Assist Manager HR in recruitment and selection process.
Respond to all inquiries raised by the Manager HR and other Department / Section heads in line with HR & Admin.
Coordinate with the head of the department for the final selection of candidates.
Assist in the implementation of all HR and Admin policies and make sure compliance.
Maintain all records pertains to employees and day-to-day operations.
Assist in the Payroll process and generate payroll sheets and distribute salary and payslips to employees.
Coordinate with the employees and department/section heads for clearance and final settlement.
Assist in effective execution of performance management system.
Assist in Final Settlements of Accounts for employees.
Keeping employee record up to date in respect to attendance, leaves, EOBI, Social Security, Health and Life Insurance.
Entring credentials and data in ERP software.
Management and coordination of Admin-related matters.
Keeping all areas of admin maintained and updated with routine checkups.
