We are looking for motivated Customer Care Representatives responsible for managing customer complaints. You will have an enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work by providing quality customer service.
Job Responsibilities
• Answering customers’ calls and processing orders. You will be responsible for greeting customers and accurately taking complaints over the phone.
• Ensuring each customer gets a great experience on every call and is prompted to try new items they might be interested in. You will be required to learn specific Restaurant menus in-depth and different food types to understand each customer easily.
• Managing customer expectations and calming any confrontation from upset customers. You may need to deal with upset customers and promptly pass any issues to the relevant outlet.
