Prime responsibilities of the candidate will be
- Receive Inbound Calls and Note down the inquiry of the Customers
- Create Inquiry and pass it on to Sales Team
- Interact with queries on Social Media Platforms
- Keep track of inquiries received.
The Ideal candidate will be
- Customer Service Enthusaist
- Good spoken English and Urdu accent
- Phone Etiquettes and knows how to interact over chat and email .
- Good administrative skills
- Well behaved and Organized
- A/O Level Education is plus
