ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION

  • Based in Upper Dir, the Reporting Officer will work under the supervision of the Project Manager. He/she must have experience in INGO project reporting.
  • The Reporting officer is responsible for managing all the reporting requirements of the CBT project under WFP to donor and Country office.
  • The reporting officer shall work closely with the project manager and field teams to ensure quality project reporting.

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

Essential Function:

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports according to the schedule agreed with donor and country office.
  • Develop monthly narrative progress report for the donor.
  • Develop monthly Food/Cash disbursement report for the donor.
  • Compile and consolidate project data and information on FFA live platform.
  • Develop and share daily Food/Cash disbursement reports with donor.
  • Consolidate project output data summary reports and share with the donor.
  • Compile case studies and share with donor.
  • Ensure project visibility and support team is compilation of IEC material developed for the project.
  • Represent SIF and project team at different coordination meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate among teams, donor and country office staff.
  • Compile and share weekly work plans with country office.
  • Ensure reporting on SITREP and PMP prescribed formats regarding project progress to country office.
  • Ensure reporting on all formats shared by donor for project reporting.
  • Maintain and organize repository of all project documents.
  • Facilitate and coordinate field visits by country office team and donor.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor/line manager.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/BEHAVIOR

Required:

  • University degree (Master)
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in international development and/or non-profit organization
  • Experience in writing reports in English
  • Good computer skills; Word,Excel, PowerPoint and database

 View as an asset:

  • Knowledge of KP context
  • Computer software skills: SPSS or other

 Behavior:

  • Very good communication skills and team player, as well as ability to work individually
  • Fluent in Urdu and English and Pashto languages
  • Demonstrated organizational ability is strongly desire
  • Ability to liaise with national authorities, NGO’s and other agencies
  • Flexibility and adaptability are required
