Sub Engineer - DRM / WASH

Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization of international solidarity based in France. SIF intervenes in more than 20 countries around the world through operations of emergency aid, recovery and development. · Plan construction / rehabilitation activities under supervision of WASH/Infrastructure Engineer according to project objectives time-frames and designs

Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the programme strategy and intended output/s
Preparing bid specifications.
Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs
Collect feasibility data for BoQs and estimations in accordance with needs and budget.
Assess the drinking water quality through laboratory test and suggest some purification measures
Manage work sites, including ensuring safety of staff, beneficiaries and supplies.
Ensure engineering works are carried out in participation with the Social Mobilization teams.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees and management.
