Team Leader

Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization of international solidarity based in France. Founded in 1991, SIF is a non-profit and non-political organization that intents to help, to bring relief and to protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts or by economic collapse. SIF intervenes in more than 20 countries around the world through operations of emergency aid, recovery and development. SIF provides its help since more than 20 years in the respect of the cultural diversity, without any distinction of origin, religion or sex.

Objective 1: Community mobilization of community:

Activities:

To supervise of assessment and distribution, ensuring reach out to the most vulnerable communities;
To have an overall supervision of strong community mobilization component for project activities;

Objective 2: Implement project activities:

Activities:

The employee must perform the tasks described in his/her terms of references (in coordination with project office) with competence;
The employee should ensure overall supervision of timely, appropriate and quality implementation of the project activities;
Plan, train, implement, monitor the project activities and trouble shoot the issues as arises and facilitate and handhold the team as per need;
To ensure appropriate visibility and branding as per visibility protocols of the organization;
To ensure realistic timetable of activities and revise it accordingly;

Objective 3: Documentation and Reporting:

Activities:

To ensure project documentation are in accordance with organizational requirement.
To compile and update weekly distribution records.
To assist in collection of assessment and distribution data, synthesis, analysis and final compilation of allthe data.
To assist in the compilation of different reports i.e. project progress report, and the donor reports (help in meeting the reporting deadlines).
Support in Reporting to project officer along with the other team members, and ensure the deadlines.

Objective 4: Coordination:

Activities

To coordinate and train the field team for the quality data collection and consolidation
Coordinate with Local Administration for implementation and endorsement of activities.
Any other task assigned by the line Manager.
