Ensure compliance of all the prevailing laws implemented by the State Tax Authorities (Income & Sales Tax).
Preparing & filling Tax returns according to need.
Assist in tax audits as well as responding to tax notices.
Review, identify and resolve tax related queries to ensure the company is compliant with each jurisdictions requirement.
Ensure that all internal controls are being performed and properly documented.
Review, analyze and reconcile all tax related accounts for accuracy and investigate to correct any discrepancies found.
