- We are a fast-moving company in search of dynamic, experienced professionals to join our rapidly expanding team.
- We currently have an opening for Senior Accountant / Accounting Expert Receivables.
- Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow:
- Position will be a very “hands on” role, will provide guidance to accounting staff, particularly with regards to process improvement and effective project and time management.
- Will supervise directly or indirectly A/P, A/RA, cash applications, payroll, commission calculation accounting.
- Engage in transactions processing, particularly with regards to fixing mis-processed transactions, but more importantly to develop improved procedures and processes to prevent errors from happening in the first case.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card deposits, and maintain integrity of customer account balances
- Provide support/training to others in the use of G- Suites or SAP
- Ensure integrity of financial transactions, particular focus on inventory control and sales cycle
- Maintain integrity of bills of materials, item pricing tables, commission rate tables
- Inventory count- reconcile to general ledger and reconcile to perpetual inventory record
- Research and resolve unusual balances
- Prepare financial statements, and debt covenants
- Develop departmental and related financial statements
- Develop performance metrics to monitor
Skills and Abilities Required:
- 6+ years of post-qualification experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- MBA Finance/ ACCA /CA-Finalist/ CMA Finalist
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, data gathering and reporting skills
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Good business acumen
- Extensive experience with either G-Suites or SAP
- Willing to work on Eastern Time Zone.
