Job Purpose:
- To assist the MIS/IT management in maintenance of Computer and Server Machine to ensure their effective use.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions as required for management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of internet on all client computers (staff and ICT Lab)
- Ensure timely installation of requisite softwares and antivirus get updated on all the clients System
- Diagnosing and resolving problems with printers, networks,servers and workstations
- Continuously monitoring the IT systems for equipment malfunction, failure or errors in performance.
- Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
- Maintain high quality documentation of all systems and procedures.
- Generate monthly/Quarterly reports and share with the supervisor
- Monthly visit to Project office
- Manage all the MIS & IT operations when the Sr. MIS and IT administrator is on field or on leave
- Maintain updated stock inventory of IT Equipment’s
- Any other task assigned by his/her Supervisor.
Required Qualification and Experience
- BCS, BS(CS), MCS, MS-IT, MIT
- Windows Domain Environment.
- Security Policies & Users Role, Sound Knowledge of database administration (backup, Strong documentation and communication skills)
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET AJAX, ASP.NET MVC Framework, ASP.net and ASP.Net Web API, Win-Forms, Silverlight
- Previous work experience of database management would be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
