Job brief
We are looking for a Lead Telemarketer to generate leads by calling US healthcare customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Calling US medical offices/hospitals using a given phone directory to generate leads
- Use scripts to qualify the leads
- Keep records of calls and leads and record required information
Requirements and skills
- 2 to 3 years experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successful lead generation - preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Degree in BBA, MBA
