Job Description

Serenity Spa and Health Club Islamabad is looking for a Branch Manager in our Islamabad Branch to undertake all Branch Management duties at our main branch.
You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Branch Manager, agent or relevant position
Knowledge of office management and basic account keeping
Proficient in English
Strong communication and people skills
Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
MBA (Management & Marketing) will be preferred
Answering telephone calls, responding to queries and booking appointments
Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Systematically filing important company documents
Managing a team of 8-10 staff members
