The Purchase/Sourcing Officer will work here at Head Office (HO) to provide guidance, assistance and support. He is directly involved with the entire Sourcing and Procurement system from sourcing, solicitation, acquisition and contract execution ensuring an efficient and effective procurement transaction. The person in this role ensures the procurement transaction.

The Purchase/Sourcing Officer will collaborate frequently with other departments specifically Finance Department to meet the objectives of the organization. For this post sound knowlege of IT hardware and posession of a motor bike is must.

The Purchase/Sourcing Officer would be responsible for:

Working on cost reduction and inventory controlling
Maintaing suppliers database
Monitoring supplier performance and take corrective action to improve operational efficiencies.Work with suppliers to resolve daily discrepancies in quality, quantity and delivery performance.
Supporting for the Materials and Strategic Sourcing
Negotiateing the pricing with suppliers in support of published cost reduction efforts
Maintaing records for inventory timely
