Responsibilities
- Setup, Configure and Collaborate via Google Sheets
- Moderate MyBB community forums and classify threads
- Assist people through product wiki and community forums
- Prepare competitive analysis reports after research
- Extract data from multiple software, organize and present it
- Prepare explainer videos and product tutorials
- Communicate with people as CSR
- Perform QA on Website, Software, and Application
- Perform Website Audits (Security, Performance & SEO) via Software
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Critical thinker with a strong eye for accuracy.
- Positive attitude and great work ethic.
