Job Summary
Position is responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of the raw material, production process, parameters, and end product packing with best required quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure quality parameter of product by the customer and changes in specks accordingly.
- Ensure Inspection and Testing (if required) of incoming accessories / raw material.
- Check supplies physically against the approved samples provided by the model room.
- Ensure & update procurement department regarding material accept or reject decision.
- Ensure inline inspection as per product specification during production process.
- Ensure final quality Inspection at Acceptable Quality level decided with customers (internal and external)
- Ensure timely information regarding faulty product to production department for rework process.
- 100% Final Inspection of all products as per described specks at all level.
- Highly responsible for whole quality team coordination so that no delays, confusion and ensure intra departmental coordination.
- Maintain close liaison with production Managers & all concerned departmental heads.
- Provide proper remedies to the subordinates for any problem in the department
