SFR Acquisition, a USA based company is looking for a virtual assistant to help our team with varied administrative and research related tasks for our real estate company.
We are a small team and growing company, so our ideal candidate would be zealous about real estate industry in general, quick learner and great multi-tasker.
Data entry and management
Sending and verifying accuracy of all listing and contract paperwork.
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports
Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
Excellent English speaking skills.
Willing to work in USA time zone.
Ambitious and willing to learn new things.
Experience within the real estate industry (not essential, but preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or above.
