Abaya.pk/Zivni.com are looking for a dedicated and reliable Inventory Manager.
Your chief goals in this position will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels.
You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing warehouse operations in a way that best suits the company's vision and policies.
Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with the data system.
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of accident investigation and safety communication.
Coordinate with suppliers and merchants on inventory planning and flow strategies, vendor requirements and contingency planning.
Working directly with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.
Processing returned goods and ensure all return processes are completed correctly and efficiently.
Establish measured daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs though reports.

Ideal Candidate profile must be having:

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in business/logistics/supply chain management or similar)
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in textile industry.
Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
Analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
