Looking for the profiles for the position of Head of project manger, with having at least 7years or above of experience within the same domain.

Head of PMO is responsible for coaching and mentoring to the current and future leaders within the team, proactively identify individual training needs, conduct performance reviews and maintain a healthy team culture
Help Technical Analyst, Technical Project Manager and Sr. Technical Project Managers in the intradepartmental issues
Review regular status reporting to all levels of the PMO Team
Recruit and develop Project Management resources
Set the project priorities
Track and provide project status
Manage technological programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery
Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilized
Work with CEO to assess Project features and design solutions to meet the requirements
Keep the higher management up to date with the project overall positions with weekly and monthly status reports Requirements & Preferences:
MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Prior experience in Payment and Financial Industry
7+ years of experience in Project Management
Good understanding of management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
Knows ins and outs of Project management methodologies
Having a robust knowledge about Team, Resource, Time, Risk, Cost, and Communication Management.
Always on top of Organizational Goals and Need with its execution and implementation.
Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities
