We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales agents on urgent basis, interested candidates may share their updated profile with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suits them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Experience of 2-3 years in real estate industry.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to understand and present contracts
Excellent negotiation & communication skills and ability to network to build your business
Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
