Looking for the profiles for the position of SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with having at least 4 to 5years of experience within the same domain.

The expected job descriptions may be:

Constructing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on a timely basis, within scope.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Monitor and analyzed requirements, as per the nature of projects handled, well-managing changes to the project without affecting the stated objectives and benefits.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Taking complete ownership for all communication; including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team
Should have hands-on experience with Scrum Methodology, with expertise in task management tools.
Encouraging a positive working environment across disciplines and teams, resulting in stronger alignment and project coordination
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring implementation as per requirements.
Coaching and mentoring the junior resources.
Hire a team to ensure required bench strength is maintained in the Unit.Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, from an accredited university/institute required.
At least 06 years experience in Software House, Fintech, or Financial Institute/Organizations/Department.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Can do attitude as the position demands utmost dedication & responsibility.
Follow bot development SDLC and Best Practices
Excellent time management and work organization skills
Able to convert business requirements into working feature/product
