Qualifications:

Graduate in Science / BS Computer Science / B.E Computer / Microsoft / certifications will be an added advantage related experience preferable.

Desired nature of experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in resolving server maintenance and operating systems support activities exposure. Knowledge of Network security and firewall. Excellent product knowledge.

looking for IT professional who can provide the overall IT support for various activities such as Server maintenance, support and act as a key technical resource for management in Group IT matters. The individual must have pleasant personality, good communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, quality conscious, creativity, & initiator, proactiveness, adaptability and flexibility, team player, presentation skills and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Data Centre monitoring and management
Maintain Server and Storage for their optimum performance.
To troubleshoot and manage in-house applications and intranet.
Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software failure including Server, Storage,operating systems, applications, power and network.
Provide IT support to country-wide branches.
Provide suggestions to management / employees on better IT utilization for higher productivity.
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
Support Manager IT Operations in his daily operations including resolving inter-organizational IT services queries.
Play decisive role in smooth functioning of the day-to-day technical / system operations.
