SGC a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive (Solar Division) to be placed at its Lahore office. The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Visit customers, to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure timely recoveries of sales by working on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
- Find new Customers, and persuade them to use SGC's solar products.
- Contact old customers who have stopped buying from us, build strong relations with them so that they can get persuaded to be customers again.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and inform the senior about it.
- Prepare weekly visit, sales and market intelligence report and submit to senior.
- Behave in a courteous manner with the clients and maintain good working relationships.
- At the spot resolve the complaints of clients or inform senior about the complaints beyond his scope.
- Accompany new hires as trainee for job orientation and on the job coaching respectively.
- Maintain discipline among various members of team.
- Recommend and develop improved procedures & systems of work.
- Ensure that appropriate stocks are present in the warehouse and perform occasional surprise stock taking.
- Other Task related to sales assigned by seniors.
