- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare analysis or reconciliation of ledger accounts as requested
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate accounts receivable status.
- Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist with monthly or year-end closings.
- Administer accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of the audit process of accounts receivables.
- Any other relevant task as assigned by the Management.
