· -Working on SAP is preferable

· -Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

· -Check source documents for accuracy

· - Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material and finish goods also in and out recording

· -Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass

· -All deliveries recording – Both local and Import deliveries

· -To maintain a GRNs recording

· -Recording of issue items raw material, packing material etc.

· -Production cut size recording

· -To maintain all purchase requests record related to warehouse

· -Stock maintaining and also recording

· -Verify data and correct data where necessary mean data validation

· - Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required

· -Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
