Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrade/ Data Backup.
Provide technical support to Remote Users located at factory/ warehouse/ outlets

Maintaining security cameras and handle to the online devices at all location of organization.
Visit (need base) to designated locations for smooth working of user under network.

Maintain technical issues of Bio-Matric attendance machine, Telephone exchange, copier and printers at all locations.
Draw network diagrams for smooth working of IT Operations.
Support users to working on production software (SAP/ERP/Candela/Pinnacle Software) with liaison of software house.
