A leading women’s wear brand requires an experienced Production Manager to join their exciting and rapidly growing women’s wear luxury brand.

Following-up on orders from the time they are placed by the buyers till their final delivery as per time & quality standards committed to the clients.
Oversee and deliver ready-to-wear collections per year
Constantly review and implement new processes and structure to improve quality
Establishing relationship with buyers and dealing with vendor
Create and manage seasonal critical path for Development, Production, from grading and post-market pattern work through to final deliveries.
Manage and update Fabric Sourcing and product Development with seasonal range plan and fabric grid.
Manage and coordinate pre-production
Manage and present end-of-seasonal analysis of Production
developing vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchases
Regular visits to ensure production is running smoothly
Management of QC process at factory
