Textile woven fabric manufacturer needs the services of a professional, who have strong knowledge of fabric weaving, looms plan and looms allocation for its fabric trading division
To get involved in planning coordination and control of fabric manufacturing process.
Be able to analyze the yarn count and fabric construction from swatches
Overseeing the production process, drawing up the production schedule and ensure the production is cost effective
Making sure that the products are produced on time and are of good quality as required & mentioned in contracts.
Establishing cost and setting the quality standards, monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed
Monitoring product standards and implementating quality control programmes
dentifying training needs of quality inspector when and where required.
To make order wise complete reconciliation or yarn and fabric.
To make sure for collection of proper bills/invoices from vendors.

Job will require travelling and textile fabric manufacturing/sourcing experience.
