To manage all the administrative and general purchase related activities of the company.
To execute or renew the service contractsTo manage & schedule all the safety and security arrangement for the company.
To coordinate with all government departments regarding EOBI, PESSI and look after mployee’s life insurance.
To conduct interviews and induct production/ general workers.To initiate any disciplinary procedure and hold inquiries regarding workers.

To supervise the house keeping activities, horticulture and civil works.
To arrange for inventory of furniture, fixture, vehicles, Cars and bike.
To arrange for all kind of repair/ maintenance work of vehicles & furniture. To look after the matter regarding sale of scrape.
To monitor the daily attendance and absenteeism of the employees.
