• Plan Annual targets of Sales with CEO and distribute those targets into sales team nationwide.  
  • Monitor and guide the Regional Sales manager and Sales managers, on their targets and ensure smooth corporate sales operations.
  • Define territories (Geographical or Otherwise) of Sales person so that they close deals as per assigned targets in their defined area while avoiding any overlapping territories.
  • To discuss with Regional Manager Sales (segment + region) their weekly plan. Weekly sales target review meeting should also be conducted. Moreover randomly accompany Sales managers and executives on their sale pitch visits to monitor their knowledge, Skill and Attitude
  • Ensure that sales managers have a keen eye on client’s activities related to their upcoming needs. Daily visits should balance conversion and new pipeline generation activities evenly and project tracker report should also be maintained.
  • Identify and track upcoming Tenders through websites to ensure timely submission of tender quotes and associated tender documents. Negotiate for mobilization advance and against performance guarantees and retention money to improve company cash flows
  • Monitor and evaluate periodic (Monthly, Quarterly and annually) sales targets against recovery through self and immediate team.
  • Constantly create and document leads/Projects by maintaining project tracker report.
  • The Pipeline should be a mix of Large, Medium and Small Value leads
  • Take Market Intelligence reports from Subordinates in order to calculate competitor moves and take insights for new product development needs.
  • Ensure timely recoveries and contract completion of sales through sales/ receivable team and sometimes work on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
  • Conduct monthly business review meeting with sales team with already defined agenda and any other performance matters (KPI’s ,KRA’s)
  • Ensure Proper Training & Development of the Staff wherever & whenever needed through performance review.
  • Ensure complete Product/Process knowledge training for every new sales team member within 1 week of his joining by coordinating with H.R department.
  • Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions. Make sure to deliver in-house trainings on selling skills and pipeline development for his immediate team.
  • Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.
  • Document all existing and new key accounts and Make/Execute a formal engagement plan for them to capture their top of mind including but not limited to Courtesy visits, Emails, inviting to company Events
  • Contact old key accounts who have stopped giving business to the company and build strong relations with them through his personal and team’s efforts so that they can get persuaded to be customers again.
  • Candidate should have 10+ years of expereience in any reputable firms as per mentioned J.D role.
