Minimum education & skills requirements for the candidate:
1. Intermediate, Graduation degree would be given preference
2. Good communication skills.
3. Smart and confident personality.
Successful candidates will be solely responsible for the sales of the real estate. Candidates will be required to prepare and present marketing and sales pitch to potential customers, prepare a marketing and sales plan and to answer their queries and questions regarding the project.
They will be required to attend to customers that visit the site office and phone calls from customers to give information regarding the project.
Candidates will be stationed at the site marketing office where they will be given all required facilities to give presentations, to attend to customers and investors.
