Job Objective:

Overall responsibility of a designated area to improve the sales and the relationship with the channel

Job Responsibilities:

Achievement of new customer acquisition Sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly.

RSO management and ensuring their market visits.

Strong working knowledge about cosmetic industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
Good communication and management skills

Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
