You will be required
- Responsible for Hiring on ground Rickshaw Fleet.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with all drivers on our system
- Be the focal point for all help & support required for drivers
- Recruit high quality drivers and motivate them to dedicate more and more
- Train our drivers on our technology and customer service experience
- Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly
