1.Gathering, Entering and monitoring daily financial data (Sales revenues ,POS transactions and liabilities)
2.Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (P&L Statements,balance sheets And income statements)
3.Monitor cash flow forecasting and analysis daily funding decisions.
4.Reconcile third party delivery payments and record revenue recognition.
5.Prepare annual zakat declaration and quarter VAT claim reports
6.Perform month-end and year-end close processes
7.Organize internal audits
8.Prepare Bank Reconciliations Statements, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable periodically and report discrepancies
9.Ensure all payments to suppliers, employees and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures
10.Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control
11.Assist in the development of the annual budget.
12.Generate and Compose the Monthly salaries of all the employees.
13.Calculate the bonus,Vacation Pay,Incentives and Service Benefits of all employees as per company norms.
14.Documentation and Organizing of all financial transactions
