Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To be actively involved in preparing, reviewing, commenting and drafting contracts with customers and Power Purchase Agreements
To assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis pertaining to finance documents with the lenders and investors, contracts with vendors, and various submissions to regulatory bodies such as NEPRA, SECP etc.
To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the client or the organization
To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents
To draw up formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses
To ensure that all the proceedings of the organization are in compliance with the requirements of the legislation
To supervise, analyse and research the implication of laws, legislation, etc., that may affect the organization
To ensure minimum legal exposure and liability of the organization
Additional tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

Proven experience of 1-2 years within chosen specialty
Bachelor’s degree in law with license to practice law
Excellent analytical, researching and drafting skills
Excellent team player with the ability to prioritize work
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organization

Market Competitive Salary will be offered.
